Premieres 8 January / New Episodes on Fridays, 8:30pm / Encores on Saturdays, 6:30pm
Fumiya Tomozaki is one of the top-gamers in Japan, and a loner at high school who treats life as a “crappy game”.
One fateful day, he meets Aoi Hinami, the school’s “perfect heroine”.
“This game you call ‘life’—take it head on!”
Will life turn out to be a crappy game, or a god-tier game?
With Hinami’s guidance, the bottom-tier high-schooler begins his journey to conquer the game of life!
As one of the top light novels in the “Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!” rankings for four consecutive years, this show already has a promise to perk up the ones who need a “Guide to Life.”
If Saekano‘s ploy is to “raise a boring girlfriend,” this one has an ultimate goal: “Become a normie like me.” By this time, we can stop hating on riajuu.
BACK ARROW
From the creator of Code Geass and writer behind Kill La Kill
Premieres 8 January / New Episodes every Friday, 24:30 (Saturdays 12:30am) / Encores on Saturdays, 8:00pm
Lingalind is a land surrounded by the Wall. The Wall encircles, protects, cultivates, and nurtures the land. The Wall is God — and that, is the foundation of the land of Lingalind.
One day, a mysterious man named Back Arrow appears in Edger Village which is located at the outskirts of Lingalind. Arrow lost all his memories, but claims to have “come from the outside of the Wall”.
To regain his memories, Arrow sets out to go beyond the wall, but is embroiled in a conflict that revolves around himself.
The name of the main character is literally “Back Arrow,” but it can be mispronounced as “baka yarō” (idiot) depending on how he was able to penetrate the wall outta nowhere.
2.43 Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team
Teamwork makes the dream work; aim for the top
Premieres 8 January, 2:10am / New Episodes every Fridays, 1:30am / Encores on Fridays, 6:30pm (*Episodes 2 onwards will air earlier.)
After causing huge trouble at the powerhouse volleyball team in his junior high school in Tokyo, Kimichika Haijima moves back to his hometown, Fukui. There, he is reunited with his childhood friend, Yuni Kuroba.
Kuroba possesses outstanding physical abilities but crumbles under pressure, while Haijima, with his overwhelming passion and talent for volleyball, often locks horns with those around him. While the two excel as a formidable duo, their relationship sours as they part ways after their final Prefectural tournament as middle school students. Despite that, they both enroll at Seiin High School, where they join the boys volleyball team.
Welcoming them to the team are the third-year pair between Oda, the 163cm-tall hot-blooded captain, and Aoki, the talented but sharp-tongued vice-captain, and second-year students, including Kanno, who has sun allergy, and Ookuma, a beginner to volleyball.
The passionate story about the minor volleyball team in Fukui aiming for the nationals begins!
Another sports anime coming right up! But first, to know more why the name of the series is “2.43,” let’s ask Reddit: “Why is the net height 2.43m for men and 2.24m for women?”

The Irregular at Magic High School Season 1
Onii-sama…
Two (2) New Episodes every Sunday, 11:30pm / Encores on Wednesdays,1:00am
Magic– A century has passed since this concept has been recognized as a formal technology instead of the product of the occult or folklore.
The season is spring and it is time for a brand new school year. At the National Magic University First Affiliate High School, A.K.A First High School, students are divided into two distinct groups according to their academic performances.
The “Bloom,” who demonstrate the highest grades and are enrolled in the “First Course,” and the “Weed,” who have a poor academic record and are enrolled in the “Second Course.”
This spring, a very peculiar brother and sister enroll as new students. The brother is an under achiever with some deficiencies and enrolls as a “Weed,” while his younger sister is an honor student, who enrolls as a “Bloom.”
The brother, with a somewhat philosophical expression, and the younger sister who holds feelings a little stronger than sibling love for him — Ever since these two have entered through the gates of this prestigious school, the calm campus was beginning to change.
Relive the series that made anime fans count how many times the imouto said “onii-sama.” I’m not kidding, it’s listed at 172!
