Just got my 13,000 maimai DX rating

After over 600 days since I got hooked into my first real arcade game, I finally cleared my main goal: Score 13,000 DX points on maimai.

I’ve developed a crazy amount of obsession grinding all the way to 13k, and I’m not exactly sure if I developed RSI or carpal tunnel syndrome. Even so, it’s fun :D

Over the span of less than 2 years, I’ve diverted my attention from VTubers, made new friends along the way, built and maintain a community of friends, hosted a watch party in good company, played the same game over 700 times and in turn have made quite a financial decision for myself (maimai DX became my kind of therapy session**).

Thank you, everyone. I am grateful.

But the journey doesn’t end here, as I still have to maintain the score once we get the MAGICAL update next year. Here’s to more maimai DX!
