Just earlier, I’ve visited a big gastronomy event at the SMX, and it’s called Madrid Fusion Manila. Apparently, it’s the only Asian edition of the event.
The 2016 Madrid Fusion Manila Expo at the SMX Convention Center — Manila in Pasay City showcases a lot of food products from the Philippines and Spain. This year’s theme, “The Manila Galleon: East Meets West,” features a galleon-designed “tunnel” showcasing various activities with the food aficionado in mind.
